Flix 6.5 Release Highlights
Flix 6.5 brings the following new features:
Group Permission & User Management
• New Management Console to view and manage users, groups, assigned roles and permissions.
• Granular control over who can access which shows based on assigned groups and roles.
Studio-Wide Contact Sheet
• Create your own custom contact sheet template, tailoring everything your show’s contact sheets should display, such as the number of panels and their layout, as well as reviewer comments, branding and more.
Relinking from Storyboard Pro using Flix Metadata
• A new relinking system allows panels to originate from anywhere and Flix will recognize them when importing from Storyboard Pro.
Panel Versioning System for Manual Imports
• Manually import panels from any software and gain the benefit of Flix’s versioning system.
• New menu option tells Flix to version up a manually imported panel, instead of creating a new panel ID.
Managed Source File Support for Storyboard Pro (.sbpz)
• Save Storyboard Pro source files on the Flix server.
• Easily retrieve a project and all its assets from one central location, regardless of who’s been working on it.
Related Panels
• Recreate a REF panel composition made in editorial by seeing all the panels used in its creation instantly.
• Access the original layered artwork directly from Flix.

• Search for a specific panel using the search bar at the top of the panel browser.
