The Getting Started section provides you with the basic information you need to start painting with Mari. Installation and Licensing, describes how to install, license, and launch Mari, while the rest of the section consists of a few short overviews describing Mari’s basic functionality. For tutorials teaching the basics of creating a Mari project and painting textures, please refer to the tutorials section in the Online Help.
