Exercise
1. | Click File > New to open the New Project dialog. |
2. | In the Geometry tab, using the Path field select an object to be painted. |
3. | In the Channels tab, click the Category dropdown and select Principled BRDF - Metallic - Games. |
4. | In the Lighting tab, set Active Light Count to 0 and select an Environment Map, then click Create New Project. |
The project is created.
5. | Open the Node Graph palette and press L to tidy up the Node Graph. |
Observe the nodal connections created.
6. | In the Shelf palette, in the Mari Materials tab, select a material and drag it onto your object on the canvas. |
Observe the changes in the Node Graph.
