FurnaceCore Nodes

FurnaceCore nodes contain the most popular Furnace plug-ins incorporated in NukeX and Nuke Studio. FurnaceCore contains the following nodes:

• F_Align - assists in lining up shots using Global Motion Estimation (GME). See Using F_Align for workflow information.

• F_DeFlicker2 - helps to reduce luminance flicker between frames, such as that caused by an unsynchronized fluorescent light in a shot. See Using F_DeFlicker2 for workflow information.

• F_Regrain - used to add grain to a sequence sampled from an area of grain in another image. See Using F_ReGrain for workflow information.

• F_RigRemoval - used to remove unwanted objects (rigs) from image sequences without the need for accurate rotoscoping or keying to produce a clean plate. See Using F_RigRemoval for workflow information.

• F_Steadiness - assists in steadying your shots using GME, so that unwanted camera motion in minimized. See Using F_Steadiness for workflow information.

• F_WireRemoval - helps to automate some of the work when removing wire from your shots. See Using F_WireRemoval for workflow information.
