ScanlineRender-compatible shader class intended to be created through a plugin Description from an abstract shader description.
The SlrSurfaceShader and SlrLightShader subclasses include the basic surface and lighting shader methods that are expected to be called from ScanlineRender-compatible shading code.
Specifically: vertex_shader() fragment_shader(), get_L_vector(), etc
