The Convert UVs to Mesh command converts the currently-selected UV map into its own Mesh Item.
The command is in the Texture menu. When you invoke this command, you can select the source UV map to convert, and enter a name for the new Mesh Item. As UV maps have no inherent size or scale, Modo converts the UV 0-1 grid to meters. Therefore, the resulting Mesh Item from a normalized UV fits within the 0m to 1m area of the X-Y plane.
