Working with Gaussian Splats

You can work natively with Gaussian Splats in the New 3D System. It’s possible to import, view, manipulate, and render Gaussian Splats in Nuke. You can also use Nuke nodes to convert PLY, SPLAT and USD files to time-sampled USDC, allowing you to work with animated splat sequences in Nuke.

This opens up new environment workflows for set extensions and matte painting, as well as greater flexibility for element integration.
