Node Graph enhancements

Based on your feedback, we’ve created a smoother Node Graph experience, with enhanced Compare, Hex Tile, and Color Remap nodes, plus 49 new math nodes.

Procedural toolsets

Mari 8.0 includes powerful procedural toolsets such as Color Masking, versatile Transformation Nodes, and Tri-Planar Tiled projections.

Project archiving improvements

Save time manually searching for archive projects, with a new, clear, visual hover indicator to identify archived projects, and easily find the backup date or disk location for projects in your library.

Improved asset organization

We've developed enhanced asset organization with Image Manager updates and new Shelf search capabilities.

Trackball Rotation

The new Trackball Rotation tool gives you a highly intuitive and flexible canvas navigation, built with your creative workflows in mind. It brings access to more complex angles for painting, giving you greater creative control over the final product.
